Introduction| Practice
The Public & Private division advises in some important areas of public and private law not covered by the remaining divisions.
The criminal questions, attending its complexity and sensitivity, are assisted by this division. On the other hand, the constitutional law and the fundamental/human rights are here centralized, either complementing the intervention of the remaining divisions, or de per si through civic initiatives and practice of citizenship rights.
On other side, the family and succession laws are central on this division, but also the consumers’ rights and the advertising laws are subjects treated by the Public & Private division.
