Introduction| Practice

The Litigation & Insolvency division centralizes the majority of MGRA litigation cases and all massive pre-litigation and litigation procedures, in particular related with corporate, commercial and civil Law.

This division organizes, among others, the collection of debts procedures for companies, financial institutions and insurance companies, dealing at the same time with various court and arbitration proceedings of MGRA’s Clients that are not integrated in any other division.

Finally, the Litigation & Insolvency division manages, in coordination with the Corporate & Finance Division, the insolvency (bankruptcy) proceedings and the restructuring/recovery processes of companies.
