The Employment division advises on the legal areas of labour law and social security law. Traditionally indispensable to the efficient management of the human resources of the companies, these areas had a strong development due to the successive legislative reorganizations and the opening of the Portuguese economy to a wide and competitive international market. The Employment division acts in the day-to-day advice to MGRA Clients, advising, among others, in contracts and human resources reorganizations, employment audits, salary packages and human resources incentives. Matters like displacements, subsidies and pensions are equally treated by the Employment division. Finally, also the labour and social security litigation is here centralized.
