On one side it is focused on the daily legal assistance to national and international companies of various industries and, on the other side, it heads the M&A projects, the legal due diligences and all the multiple corporate matters, including group reorganizations and corporate governance. In the finance area, highlights go to domestic and cross border structured finance, project finance and asset finance, where the MGRA team has vast experience, as well as the refinancing and reorganization of debt and companies’ assets. Also in the Corporate & Finance division, the capital markets area, one of its strongest and with biggest traditions, deals, among others, with derivatives, admission, issuance and negotiation of securities, public bids and investment funds. The banking & insurance area assumes a central role in the division, representing MGRA some major national and international financial entities. |
