Introduction| Practice

The Administrative & EU division advises in various areas, corresponding to our Clients needs in their relation with the Portuguese State (including local authorities) and with the European Union.

Counting with an area entirely dedicated to Urban Planning, including urban planning, allotment, licensing, construction and soils, this area also gives support to any real estate project entrusted to MGRA.

The environment is another privileged department area, for the growing importance it assumes in some sensible sectors and industries and in our global future.

It is also in this department that concessions, public works, administrative audits, public bids and administrative litigation are centralized, always in coordination with the remaining MGRA divisions.

The EU Law area deals with all the cases that involve EU authorities or legislation, including EU incentives and subsidies, excluding any tax matters that are directly dealt by MGRA’s Tax division.
